1.) Santa looks creepy in most of the photos. The kids all look really upset and unhappy. Maybe a nicer looking santa would help. 

2.) I don't think I've had any bad santa photos, but I really don't know. I always see these pictures, but I don't I've taken part in any of this genre. 

3.) I think the parents should pay for the photos when their kids were misbehaving. The santa can't do much but try to restrain them and the photographer can't do much either.
